1. No Returns & No Refunds

We follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy. All purchases made through our website or authorized sellers are final.

2. Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Items)

We offer an exchange only if the item delivered to you is damaged on arrival.

Important: Damaged items must be reported within 4 days of delivery.
  • Report within 4 days (96 hours).
  • Provide photos/videos of the damaged item.
  • Send proof of the outer packaging.
  • Share your order number.

3. Pickup & Delivery of Exchange Item

  • The damaged item will be picked up from your address.
  • Replacement will be sent after verification.
  • Exchange item will be delivered within 8 days from reporting.

4. Conditions for Approval

  • Damage must be from transit only.
  • Clear photo/video proof required.
  • Product must be unused & in original condition.
  • Request must be raised within 4 days.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Colour or texture variations.
  • Damage after delivery.
  • Used or altered items.
  • Late claims (after 4 days).
  • Incorrect orders placed by customer.
